Prize draw terms and conditions:

  1. Entry to this prize draw implies your acceptance of these rules as being legally binding.
  2. The prize draw is open to all employees of vet practices in the UK. The entrant must be 18 years or over. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its subsidiaries and other group companies, and anybody professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entry. All entrants and practices consent to us contacting them about our products.
  3. Entry into the draw is determined by completion of online competition entry form or entering at BSAVA Congress, 2011 by us scanning your delegate barcode. Closing date for entry to the prize draw is 30/04/2011.
  4. Only one entry per person, and each entry will count as a new entry for that relevant practice. Petplan will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  5. Petplan accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged entries.
  6. The prize will consist of two half day sessions with Petplan's marketing, HR and/or operations teams and as part of these sessions could include access to some of the award-winning agencies responsible for the Petplan brand to review the winner's website and advise on increasing client communication via e-newsletters and social media. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Petplan's control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Petplan is not responsible for the quality of the services supplied.
  7. The winner will be drawn on 16 May 2011 from all online/BSAVA Congress entries. The draw will take place under independent supervision. No purchase is necessary. Winner will be confirmed by phone or in writing. If they cannot be contacted Petplan reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
  9. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the draw. The name of the winner is available on written request by sending an SAE to Petplan.
  10. The winner will participate in all required publicity and Petplan reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winner in post event publications and on the Petplan website. The winner will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
  11. The Promoter of the draw is Petplan, Great West House (GW2), Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 9DX.
  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action arising out of these terms shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.
